What are the requirements?

  • First-time buyer
  • Purchase anywhere in Clay County
  • Minimum 640 credit score
  • Maximum debt to income ratio of 45%
  • Income may not exceed:
    1-2 person household $69,176
    3 or more person household $75,960
  • Purchase price may not exceed $298,192

Affordable Income Subsidy (AIS) Grant Assistance

  • Borrowers at or below $51,520 income may receive an additional $1,500 grant for down payment and closing cost assistance.
  • Borrowers at or below $32,200 income may receive an additional $2,500 grant for down payment and closing cost assistance.
